Using SGRE’s custom-built system, employees, contractor and visitors can now complete inductions remotely before stepping foot on-site, minimising on-site orientation time and maximising productivity from the outset.
Integrated directly into their online platform, our solution includes state-of-the-art gate and turnstile access control systems. We provided and installed the necessary hardware at each site, including ID cards and printers. This allows administrators to have a real-time log of who enters and exits the site.
Also incorporated within the online platform, our competency framework feature allows SGRE to assess and validate the skills, knowledge and qualifications of both their employees and contractors. This feature is completely customisable, allowing SGRE to define their own competency frameworks, assessment criteria and reporting metrics.
The system allows for multiple languages to be accessed, allowing for employees, contractors and visitors to complete the relevant induction in their native language.
The integration of gate and turnstile systems coupled with competency checks has significantly improved site security, reducing the risk of unauthorised access and safety incidents.
The online induction system has expedited the onboarding process, allowing personnel to complete mandatory training remotely and reducing the time spent on-site for orientation.
