In 2022, SOSE partnered with Res Digital to create a custom-built onboarding platform designed to streamline the induction process and host a suite of bespoke induction videos.

The Move Away From PowerPoint

With more than 180 employees to onboard, SOSE’s previous process relied heavily on PowerPoint presentations. While functional, this approach had clear limitations:

New hires didn’t always get the same information or experience during inductions.
Tracking task completion was time-consuming and difficult.

To create a truly bespoke onboarding system, Res Digital’s film team spent four days on-site in Scotland. During this time, we conducted staff interviews and captured on-site footage that reflects SOSE’s culture and values.
